Privacy Statement

Any and all of your personal information is only for the use of What A Relief! Massage Therapy Center, Inc. and will be held in the strictest confidence. Additionally, your information will not be shared with any other agency, business, or mailing list.

Cancellation Policy

An appointment constitutes an agreement between What a Relief! Massage Therapy Center, Inc. and the client. What a Relief! will perform the desired therapy and the client will be present for the requested therapy. In the event the client cannot be present for the appointment, we request 24 hours cancellation notice except in the event of a sudden illness or an emergency. We consider the client’s time extremely important! Therefore, if What a Relief! fails to show up for an appointment, the client’s next appointment will be free of charge. Our therapist time is also very important. Therefore, if the client fails to give proper notice of cancellation whether or not a reminder call has been made, the client will either be charged for the appointment at the next visit or one session will be charged to the purchased package of sessions. Please call if you cannot come in.
